The Be-Hive is the brainchild of Elena García. Elena is a qualified energy healer who trained at the College of Psychic Studies in London. She is also a Past Lives Regression and Life Between Lives practitioner. She works with light and sound and has years of experience both hands-on and remotely with clients from all over the world. Elena believes that we all need to take an active part in our own healing and gain a deep understanding of the connection between the body, the mind and the spirit. In her opinion, each and every one of us has the innate power to heal ourselves. We do not need anyone to save us or solve our problems, we do not need a set of circumstances to take place or go somewhere in order to find inner peace. Healers are not miracle workers or gurus that we attach to, we are simply enablers who offer guidance.

The Covid-19 pandemic inspired Elena to create a virtual portal to try and reach as many people as possible, and assist the global community by facilitating a set of instruments designed to address our personal issues and process traumas, working at a very deep level of awareness, directly with the subconscious. Elena believes it is time for all of us to listen to our own messages and align all the elements that make up who we are.
